Modern commerce, no matter what market or country it originates from, is a highly sophisticated and technical arena. The British Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (BHCC) was founded in Athens in 1945 to evolve and cultivate two-way Greek-British trade, trade-related services and investment in the two nations.

Times have changed, and our Chamber has endeavoured to stay ahead of the game. It is now recognized as a serious commercial partner that not only is in keeping with those original objectives but also assists its Members with a more global approach to commercial expansion.

The BHCC is an independent organization, free from political influence and more importantly, it is run by its members, for its members. The Chamber is an autonomous, non-profit organization, relying upon income from membership fees, sponsorship and organized events.

The Board of Directors is an elected body, consisting of 15 leading Greek and British business executives, representing a cross-section of top industrial and commercial enterprises. The Board, together with an active General Manager and team of professional, enthusiastic staff, provide a wide range of services, events and information to all Chamber Members.
